IMEX Update

SITE had a strong showing at IMEX last week in Frankfurt, Germany and would like to thank all our SITE friends and supporters that attended. Special features included a member reception, relevant education sessions, programming and a reception targeted to Young Leaders and special efforts by our SITE Germany Chapter to host a media event and chapter reception. SITE Academy for Young Leaders 2008 Scholarship

The SITE International Board of Directors and PRA Destination Management New York have a wonderful opportunity for a deserving student or person with less than two years in the incentive industry.

The SITE Academy for Young Leaders Scholarship will allow professionals to attend the Academy and include, SITE Academy for Young Leaders registration, 3 nights housing at the InterContinental, The Barclay New York and SITE membership through 31 December 2009. SITE Run The World

SITE is getting ready to cross the Atlantic! We've already completed 3978 of the 9473 kilometers necessary to get from Monterey, California to Montreux, Switzerland. Are you doing your part to help your team! Chapters and individuals are invited to participate Run the World.

Health and wellness can be incorporated almost anywhere - SITE Florida started their meeting off with group stretches.

Run the World was designed to promote health and fitness among the membership while raising money for UNICEF, an international charity. For more information, click here.

Tamara Nored Scholarship Fund

Aligned with Chapter Excellence, SITE is pleased to announce a new scholarship fund named to honor the memory of Tamara Nored. To all who knew her, Tamara embodied enthusiasm, spirit and an incredible force in building relationships and contributing to our industry. The Tamara Nored Fund will award a scholarship to the International Conference to an individual in a chapter who has done the greatest job of contributing to a chapter for a given year. SITE is currently establishing this endowment fund and all members who wish to make a contribution can make donations to SITE with “The Tamara Nored Fund” in the memo line.
