Online Registration is now available for all SITE chapters. SITE is partnering with E-Vent Central to offer this newest SITE benefit to our chapters.

Costs
NO COSTS!!! Funding from FutureSITE allowed SITE to cover the set up charge and fee for one event for each of our chapters. A gracious sponsorship from E-Vent Central has covered the additional per event charges through 2008! This means your chapter can participate in the Online Registration Program at NO COST!

Benefits
Implementing Online Registration will save your chapter valuable time. Streamlining the process so it is electronic and done online allows you to serve your members more efficiently and allow your chapter volunteers to spend their time on other important projects and initiatives. Attendees to your event also benefit because they are able to verify their own registration status. Finally, the chapter has the ability to design and produce a visually appealing and easily navigated online system.

As soon as I had received the news about FutureSITE funding a project for on line registration, I was ready give it a go. Mark at Event Central made it so easy for us. We just gave him the necessary criteria such as date, time, cost location etc. and he fed it in to the system, provided me with passwords and away we went. Every time someone registered I received an email which was fun to monitor. When it came to downloading reports for badges, name lists etc., I also needed a customised report and received it within less than 24 hours.
