Marketing is communicating and giving target market customers what they want, when they want it, where they want it, and at a price they are willing and able to pay for it.  

  • Marketing is getting people to raise their hand to say, "I'm interested. I'd like to learn more."
  • Marketing is getting and keeping customers.
  • Marketing is the development and delivery of a successful product and a satisfied customer.  

A Strategic Marketing Plan is a road map of how you can get there with marketing. It gets all members of a team to agree on objectives and the best way to achieve them. It gains buy in and directs use of resources. It provides the criteria for decision-making. And it requires discipline! 

This session is designed to be fast paced and thought-provoking session, in which the nuts and bolts of strategic marketing are covered.
