Fees for the Post Tour Trips will be billed by and organized by an independent tour operator. Tours are not affiliated with SITE. All tours, including itinerary and associated fees are managed by the tour operator and are subject to minimum participation requirements. Tour registrations received at SITE Headquarters will be forwarded to the tour operator. All further correspondence will be from the tour operator.

Magic Experience Into the Maya World

Duration:3 days, 4 nights
Minimum Number of Participants: 10
Travel throughout the Yucatan and experience the wonders of the Mayan World. This tour begins by driving to Hacienda Chukanan with visits to the Cuzama Wells, including a chance to swim in the Bolonchoojo with its blue, transparent waters. The next day you will travel to Izamal, one of the oldest Spanish foundations with a typical colonial atmosphere, before moving on the Chichen Itza, the largest and best kept archaeological zone of the Mayan and Toltec cultures. That evening enjoy a light and sound show. The next day you will admire Chichen Itza and its enigmatic temples and pyramids in their natural environment. Finally, proceed to Cancun for a one-day stay at the beach or return to Merida.

Legendary Sites of Mexico

Duration: 4 nights, 5 days
Minimum Number of Participants: 20
Begin this tour by spending two nights in Mexico City, the biggest metropolis in the world with 22 million inhabitants. The second day will feature an in-depth tour of Mexico City, beginning with a drive along the Reforma Avenue to the Historical Center, visits to the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Main Square (Zocalo) surrounded by the Cathedral, the National Palace and the ruins of the major Aztec temple. Continue on to the world famous Anthropology Museum and examine Mexico's indigenous cultures including funeral masks, the Aztec Calendar Stone

and additional relics. Finally, visit the Coyoacan neighborhood's beautiful plaza and gardens and enjoy dinner at the Hacienda Los Morales Restaurant. On day three, drive south to the Hacienda Vista Hermosa Hotel in Tequesquitengo, which was built in the 16th century by Hernan Cortes. The evening will feature a disco night. Then travel to Xochicalo, an impressive Classic archaeological site with ceremonial buildings and terraced pyramids. After exploring the ruins, continue on to Taxco. The last day of the tour will be sightseeing in this charming colonial town founded in the 16th century that was declared the "Heritage of Mankind" by UNESCO before returning to Mexico City.

believed the sun, moon and entire universe were created. Walk along the Avenue of the Dead and explore the awe-inspiring Pyramid of the Sun, Pyramid of the moon, Temploy of Quetzalcoatl and others. That evening enjoy a cantina night tour through some of the traditional cantinas in downtown. The next day view the spectacular volcanoes Popocatelpetl and Iztaccihuatl on the way to Puebla, a colonial city founded in 1531 to shelter people traveling from Veracruz to Mexico City. All rates are per person per night and current taxes are included. All breakfasts are US$24 and lunches and dinners are US$41 and include tax and service charge. Transfers to and from Merida airport are included, except Uayamon which includes transportation to and from Campeche airport.

The tour does not include: meals and services not mentioned in the program, drinks and beverages, laundry, room service, telephone calls or any other expense of personal nature, air fares, airport taxes nor anything not clearly specified.

Booking and cancellation conditions: A US$50 deposit is required at the time of the booking. The remaining balance is due upon confirmation. Cancellations received up to 30 days before departure receive a full refund, less a charge of US$50 per person. Cancellations received from 29 to 8 days prior to arrival, a 50 percent refund of the total amount of the tour value applies. Cancellations received within 7 days before arrival do not get a refund.
