Your Online Entry Will Include the Following Components:
- Entry submission form containing basic information about your entry and your company
- Entry Write-Up
- Media files (including images, video, or audio files that you will upload to the Web site). Please see the Technical Specifications for details.
- Physical examples of program marketing collateral (optional). Please see the Physical Examples page for details.
- Payment for entry fee(s). Fees are securely processed online as part of your entry submission.
It's Easy to Enter the SITE Crystal Awards!
- The 2005 Crystal Awards is open to all industry professionals and firms. SITE members will pay US$200. Non-members will pay US$750 per entry and receive a FREE year of SITE membership.
- Review all 2005 Crystal program categories and entry guidelines.
- Submit your entry online. All of your application information, entry fee of US$200, samples, photographs and supporting materials must be supplied via the Crystal Online Entry System (available 10 May). This will save you valuable time and money in the process as well as ensure a level judging environment. Instructions and online support are available in the Crystal Online Entry System.
What Programs Can Be Entered?
- You can enter incentive campaigns, special/motivational events or promotion campaigns related to incentive/motivational programs held between 1 June 2004 and 31 May 2005.
- Familiarization trips are not eligible for entry in any category.

Award Categories and Criteria
The Crystal Award Recognition Program continues to strive to reflect the changes in the way you and your clients conduct business. The categories are designed to embrace the many ways in which SITE members around the globe create and operate programs, both large and small. We realize that you work with very different budgets from one program to the next and from one venue to another. We realize there are new challenges that you must overcome in order to drive business results for your clients. The Crystal Award categories are structured to address these issues.
The purpose of the SITE Crystal Awards Recognition Program is to recognize programs that are truly outstanding and world-class. As an organization, SITE has established the benchmark of professionalism and promotes the ways that incentive and travel executives conduct their business. Crystal caliber programs combine originality, creativity, and effectiveness resulting in programs viewed as superior to others facing similar challenges.
