Full registration for SITE members, SITE associate members, non-members and student registration fees includes:
- All Keynote and Educational sessions
- Thursday Welcome Reception
- Friday Evening Event
- Saturday Closing Event
- All luncheons and refreshment breaks

Guest Registration
SITE welcomes registered adult guests (18 years or older) at the International Conference. Guest registration includes attendance at evening networking events, but does not include educational sessions and luncheons. To participate in education sessions, the participant must register as an Associate Member. There is a limit of one guest per full Conference registrant.
Day Rates
Full-day registration includes educational sessions, luncheons, and evening networking events.
Pre-Registration
All delegates whose registrations are received before 21 October 2005 will be included in the pre-registration attendee information distributed onsite.
Registration/Payment
Full payment must be received with your registration form. Make checks payable to SITE or charge your registration to American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Diners Club. Onsite registrations will incur an additional $50USD administrative fee.
Registration Cut-off
21 October 2005 is the cutoff date for pre-conference registrations accepted at SITE headquarters. After 21 October, you may only register onsite at the International Conference. A $50USD administrative fee will be applied to all registrations taken at the International Conference. |
Confirmation
All registrants will receive written confirmation/receipt of registration via e-mail, fax, or mail after receiving your registration with full payment. A confirmation will be sent within 30 days.
Cancellations & Refunds
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before 1 October 2005. All conference cancellations received by 1 October 2005 will receive a full refund less a $50USD administrative fee. Cancellations received before 15 October will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after 15 October 2005. No refunds are given for no-shows.
Substitutions are Welcome
If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute another person from your company. All requests for substitutions must be made in writing with a completed registration form. If you must
substitute after 21 October 2005, please do not send materials to SITE. These will be processed at the International Conference and all fees will still apply.
