Can I send a sample of the program?
Each entrant is allowed to send physical samples to accompany their submission. Entrants may only provide physical samples used in the incentive program for which the entry is being submitted. The cost is US $75 per entry (to cover shipping and handling) which can be paid through the online system. While this is not a requirement, physical samples further the understanding of your submission. Without physical samples, the judges will rely on your submission narrative and photos to illustrate your program. All samples are due by 25 July 2008 to SITE Headquarters c/o Michelle Mills, Marketing & Crystal Awards Coordinator, 401 N. Michigan Ave. , Chicago , IL 60611 USA . Please note: If you elect to send a physical sample, please send four (4) samples so that each judge has the opportunity to evaluate your submission. One physical sample will be kept on file at SITE Headquarters. All samples must be shipped using a trackable service not to exceed 18x13x3 inches and five 5 pounds in weight . All samples submitted become property of SITE and will not be returned
Who judges the Crystal Awards?
SITE recruits a panel of judges whom represents an International mix of professionals involved in the performance improvement industry. The panel is comprised of SITE members and non-members, media representatives, buyers and suppliers.

Do not miss the opportunity to celebrate these contributions and learn what the "best of the best" in the performance improvement industry are doing for their clients.
