HELPFUL TIPS FOR UPLOADING ARTWORK:

File name: Your file name must be short and cannot include commas, spaces, extra periods, slashes, dashes or unusual characters such as !, #, & and $, etc. It is very important that you follow these guidelines. Examples of proper file names are: redlogo.gif, poster1.jpg, splashpage.jpg, brochure.pdf.

File extension: One of the following file extensions must be used: .gif  .jpg  .pdf  .mp3  .wav  .mpg  .wmv  .ra  .rm  .rmx  .rmj  .mpg

Title: This title is a reference name for your file, like a caption, it can be used to describe your file and as a reference in your campaign write-up. For example label the file "counter top display" and in your campaign write-up you might use text like this: "The counter top display was used at the store entrance, where free samples were offered, during the promotion."

Large file tip: For jpegs and gifs image dimensions cannot exceed 400 pixels in width or height, and file size cannot exceed 250k.

For PDFs : Files can contain one or multiple pages of materials for your entry. When uploading a PDF file. The PDF file must be under 1MB. There are no page size restrictions for a PDF. PDFs cannot contain the written text of your entry, that information must be entered into the online system. Entries with PDFs that contain their entry text may be disqualified.

Audio files: You may submit audio files in .mp3, .wav, RealAudio/RealMedia (ra, .rm, .rmx, .rmj, .rm), or Windows Media Audio (.wma). Audio file sizes cannot exceed 2mb.

Video files: You may submit video files in QuickTime (.mov), Windows Media Player format (.wmv), RealAudio/RealMedia (ra, .rm, .rmx, .rmj, .rm), MPEG format (.mpg), and Flash (.fla). Video or Flash file sizes cannot exceed 10mb.
