The next generation of SITE leaders
Calling All Young Leaders!
SITE is excited to announce the launch of the Young Leaders Program, an initiative of the SITE Strategic Plan. The program is designed to build the next generation of performance improvement leaders by providing education and networking opportunities on a level and in a manner appealing directly to those younger generations.
The mission of the program is to focus on bridging the gap between the generations and creating a strong group of individuals who will become SITE leaders, to ensure the future success of SITE.

Highlights of the Young Leaders Program:
• SITE Academy for Young Leaders
The SITE Academy for Young Leaders was created to provide generation-specific education for young professionals under the age of 35 employed by an organization or company in the performance improvement industry.
• Networking and Educational Events
Networking and education events at all SITE endorsed events including the SITE International Conference, IMEX, The Motivation Show, EIBTM, and ESNEP.
• InSITE Column
This new section of the SITE quarterly newsletter will feature information about the SITE Academy, upcoming networking events and more.
