Registration Policies
Pre-Registration 29 June 2007 is the cutoff date for pre-conference registrations accepted at SITE Headquarters. After 29 June, you may only register onsite at the SITE Academy . A $50 USD administrative fee will be applied to all registrations taken onsite at SITE Academy
Registrations received before 29 June 2007 will be included in the pre-registration attendee information distributed on-site.
Payment Registration fees are accepted in US Dollars only.

Registration payments will not be accepted via purchase order.
Confirmations Confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address you provide within 15 days of receipt of your registration. If email is unavailable, your confirmation will be sent via fax or postal service.
All badges will be distributed on site beginning Sunday, 22 July. Attendees will need to present a photo ID to receive their badge.
Substitutions If you can not attend the conference, you may substitute another person from your company. All requests for substitutions must be made in writing with a completed registration form. If you must substitute after 29 June 2007 please do not send the materials to SITE Headquarters. These will be processed at the SITE Academy and all fees will still apply.
If a non-member is substituting for a member at $100 USD membership fee will apply.

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by 22 May 2007 will receive a refund of the registration fees, less a $50 USD processing fee. Cancellations received between 23 May 2007 and 28 June 2007 will be charged 50% of the original registration fee, plus a $50 USD processing fee. No refunds will be given after 29 June 2007. No refunds are given for no-shows.
The membership portion of Non-Member registration fees is non-refundable at all times. The membership portion is $150 USD
If any circumstance or event beyond the control of SITE causes cancellation of all or any portion of the event, SITE agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee for which SITE is reimbursed by insurance or other third party payment and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.

Housing
Please mention SITE when making your reservation. Reservations are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Reservations received after 22 June 2007 are subject to the Hotel's availability. Hotel reservations can be made online or by contacting the hotel directly. All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
