The Society of Incentive and Travel Executives to host 2007 SITE Executive Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa
CHICAGO -- The Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE) will host its 2007 Executive Summit on 27 February at the Sandton Convention Center in Johannesburg, South Africa. This Executive Summit will continue the tradition of incentive industry leaders from around the globe providing focused education and panel discussions designed to broaden the local community's understanding of the unique needs the incentive travel market and to further establish South Africa as a premier incentive destination.
Attendees will learn from an unparalleled pool of incentive travel experts on how to market their destination and gain insight on the latest trends in the incentive industry. The net result is the community of incentive buyers and suppliers will return to their businesses armed with practical knowledge and insight they can immediately apply and make an impact on their organization's ability to market to premier and emerging destination in the incentive industry.
"SITE's legacy of providing educational events in unique and emerging destinations has consistently resulted in an increase in industry awareness and improved RFP's for the local businesses," said Hugo Slimbrouck, SITE's president. "We look forward to bringing SITE's best practices to Johannesburg and to a successful Executive Summit."
The Executive Summit 2007 is an event that will run concurrently with Meetings Africa; however, attendance is invitation only for SITE members and vested industry partners as well as for the corporate executive who desires to gain a greater understanding of this matchless motivational tool.
"This year's Executive Summit will offer the insight of business professionals from ten different countries addressing how to market Africa as an incentive destination, winning incentive house business as well provide an update on incentive industry trends," stated SITE CEO, Brenda Anderson. "One of the exciting elements of the Executive Summit is bringing the information to a group of people who may not otherwise afford the opportunity to travel to an International Conference or regional educational events, yet these are the individuals who build the foundation of incentive travel in the performance improvement industry."
