The event anticipates welcoming 100 next-generation leaders ages 35 and younger who will meet colleagues from around the globe and learn from industry experts.
"The SITE Academy for Young Leaders is an unmatched experience," SITE President Hugo Slimbrouck said. "For those in the performance improvement industry, success hinges on developing a rich, professional network of international peers to lean on and learn from throughout one's career."
The event also boasts a superior educational program led by notable speakers such as Stephen Powell, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, InterContinental Hotels Group PLC; Martin Lewis, Managing Editor, Meetings & Incentive Travel; Sebastien Tondeur, CEO Corporate Division, MCI; Lucy Horan, Professor Department of Hospitality Management, Dublin Institute of Technology; and David Hornby, Commercial Director, Visit London. A sampling of sessions include: Foundations of the Incentive and Travel Industry; Intermediaries, Understanding their Perspectives; Trend Spotting within the Incentive Industry; and Applying Knowledge to Build for the Future.
