The Society of Incentive & Travel Executives was established to serve the international community of business professionals dedicated to the recognition and development of motivational and performance improvement strategies of which travel is a key component. Almost thirty-five years later, SITE's world wide growth and presence continues to support this mission.

"SITE is pleased to welcome two new chapters to our global family," announced SITE President Hugo Slimbrouck. "They are a United Arab Emirates Chapter and a Southeast USA Chapter. The contrast of these two geographic regions speaks clearly to the diversity of all of the regions that SITE covers, yet each SITE member has the same fundamental goal of supporting incentive and travel commerce and ideals."

Long known for supporting global education and business connections, SITE's 2008 event schedule will deliver key programs in Malaysia, Spain, Switzerland and more. SITE's educational programs are as diverse as its membership base but focus will continue on assisting destinations in developing their market niche and investing in the young professionals who will be the business leaders of tomorrow.

"Through SITE International's education efforts, along with those of the 35 SITE Chapters in the SITE network," Brenda Anderson, CEO of SITE, stated, "the message of excellence in incentives will be spread throughout the world. SITE is thrilled to announce the locations for our 2008 events and proud that SITE Academy for Young Leaders will enter its third year."

SITE's 2008 schedule of events includes:

4 March SITE Executive Summit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
10-13 May ESNEP Malaga, Spain
23-25 June Incentive Travel Exchange Las Vegas, NV USA
3-6 August SITE Academy for Young Leaders New York, NY USA
5-8 December SITE International Conference 2008 Montreux, Switzerland
6 December SITE Crystal Awards Montreux, Switzerland
